Lecture 2 - Activity 2 (Mindmeiser)

  1. Basically, i do think that ICT is very useful under constructivism. The most strong real is that if learners are the knowledge builder, they will try to find ways to build up their knowledges and probably they will use online searching.

    Behaviorism, is another possible theory to realize ICT. Under some instance, data maybe come out after experiment / tasks/ projects, then statistical software maybe helpful in this area. Also, for large scale research, ICT analysing tools may also helpful.

  2. Base on the map, for Behavorism, experiments will be the stimulus. Larger room becomes the environment which could shape behavior.

    In psychology, cognitivism is a theoretical approach in understanding the mind using quantitative, positivist and scientific methods, that describes mental functions as information processing models.

    I think there has a difficult to applies the ICT to store the knowledge in database format since knowledge is related to our mind by 'cognitivism' and 'behaviorism'. I think the learning application should be the CONSTRUCTIVISM.
